Terms of Service

TwinBridge — Shopify ↔ eBay synchronisation app
Operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY], registration number [REG_NUMBER], registered at [LEGAL_ADDRESS], Latvia, European Union.

Effective [EFFECTIVE_DATE]. Contact: support@twinbridge.io

1. What you are agreeing to

By installing TwinBridge on your Shopify store you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, uninstall the app; nothing is charged until you choose a paid plan.

2. What the service does

TwinBridge keeps products, stock and orders in step between your Shopify store and one eBay seller account on the eBay US marketplace. It publishes and updates listings, pushes stock changes, imports eBay orders into Shopify, and reports differences between the two sides for you to resolve.

It is an integration app, not a sales channel: your eBay listings remain yours, sold through eBay, under eBay's rules.

3. What you need to have

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish, for complying with eBay's policies, and for the tax and legal obligations of your own sales.

4. Plans and charges

PlanProductsPrice
Freeup to 500€0
Growthup to 5,000$29 / month
Proup to 25,000$79 / month
Scaleup to 100,000$149 / month

5. Your terms do not get worse

The plan and limits you subscribe on are recorded for your shop when you subscribe. If we later raise prices or tighten limits, your shop keeps what it had. Tightening applies to new installations only. If we relax a limit, the change can apply to everyone.

The app shows you your own actual limits, not a price list — so what you see is what applies to you.

6. Reaching a plan limit

Nothing already synchronised stops working. Stock, prices and orders keep flowing for every item that is already live. New products simply wait until you upgrade or free up slots. We do not stop synchronising what is already selling.

7. Cancelling and refunds

8. What we do not promise

We state this plainly because the alternative is a disappointed merchant:

9. Availability, suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the app is used to breach eBay's or Shopify's rules, to attack the service, or in a way that endangers other merchants' data. Where we can give notice, we will.

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling.

10. Support

Support is provided by the developer who built the app, by email at support@twinbridge.io, normally within a few hours, every day. This is not a 24/7 help desk and we do not describe it as one.

When you write in, diagnostics about your synchronisation are attached automatically — you do not need to collect screenshots or logs.

11. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or for decisions eBay or Shopify make about your account.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer where they apply.

12. Changes to these terms

Changes that affect price, limits or what the service does are emailed to the address Shopify holds for your shop before they take effect, and existing shops keep their recorded terms as described in section 5. Editorial corrections are published with an updated effective date.

13. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence.
